Our Family
Brent Sloan is a lifelong Effingham County native and a graduate of South Effingham High School, Class of 2002. He continued his education at Savannah Technical College, where he graduated in 2005 with the training, technical expertise, and hands-on skills necessary to begin a successful career in the heating and cooling industry.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Brent has extensive knowledge in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, zoning systems, furnaces, package units, mini-splits, inverter technology, and all major equipment brands. His commitment to quality workmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction has been the foundation of his career.
In 2018, Brent, alongside his wife Tiffany, fulfilled a longtime dream by opening Sloan Heating & Air, LLC. As a family-owned and faith-driven business, the company is built on strong Christian values, guided by prayer, honesty, and a desire to serve others with excellence. Brent and Tiffany believe their business is not only a livelihood, but a calling—to honor God in all they do and to treat every customer with fairness, respect, and care.
Tiffany Sloan is a Liberty County native and a 2006 graduate of Liberty County High School. After meeting Brent in 2008, she moved to Effingham County, where she is proud to call home. Tiffany spent many years working in the healthcare industry, developing a strong passion for helping others. Today, she serves as co-owner and office manager of Sloan Heating & Air, LLC, overseeing daily operations and ensuring each customer receives exceptional service and attention.
Brent and Tiffany are blessed with two children and cherish spending time together as a family. They enjoy fishing, hiking, camping, swimming, playing at the beach, and making lasting memories outdoors. Their faith and family are at the center of their lives and guide both their personal and professional decisions.
Sloan Heating & Air, LLC is proud to serve and support the local community through sponsorships of schools, organizations, events, and individual students. Tiffany has previously served on Ebenezer Elementary's School Council as Chairperson and the PTSO as Vice President. Giving back is a core value of their family and business, as they believe in being good stewards of the blessings God has provided.
Some of the local organizations and charities they are honored to support include CURE, Best Buddies, Coastal Children’s Advocacy Center, Effingham County School District Athletic Sponsorships, and United Way of the Coastal Empire – Effingham.
